Chaos is biblical when the Pleasant Facade Estates Home Owners Association fines Noah for building an ark in his own yard!
Noah makes his neighbors nervous with all his dire weather predictions, and for all the animals from the Bizzyland Zoo suddenly roaming the neighborhood rummaging through the trash cans.
Noah has to take on the HOA, contending it's his "God-given right" to build an ark on his property...
The animals from the Bizzyland Zoo believe in Noah, and they want to join him on his ark.
The members of the Pleasant Facade Estates HOA are an obnoxious, busybody bunch of know-it-all, know-nothing, do-nothing, nothing-better-to-do, sanctimonious, snotty weaklings who seek power in groups!
They excel at griping and sniping and imposing HOA fines on other residents. Watch what they do to poor Noah when he tries to build an ark in his own front yard!
