Hell Below is a very HOT place... and NOT in a good way. There is no air-conditioning in Hell Below. The Devil Himself, along with his three-headed dog Cerebrus, is always stirring up trouble from his abode in Hell Below.

The once-benign and altruistically aspirated Allium County Aquarium Board of Directors is infiltrated by members of the Development Party, who want to turn the natural habitat environment of the aquarium into a side-show, glitzy tourist destination, replete with a Mermaid!

Trouble is brewing with the board of directors and complaints about water conservation. The denizens of Pleasant Facade Estates want to dam Leek Creek so that they can have water for their expensive landscaping.

The poor suckers who live in the suburbs have to wash their clothes in Leek Lake. It starts to make the fish sick!

Problems really heat up when the aquarium brings in a new, starring attraction... a MERMAID! Aaack! More to follow...

When the WikiLeeks Scandal erupts, the new conspiracy is the Mermaid isn't really a mermaid...

This natural habitat tourist destination falls prey to water quality issues stemming from the damming of Leek Lake and Leek Creek. The Allium County Aquarium is touted as a "natural habitat tourism destination", supported by the Ecology Party. It was developed in retaliation to the crass commercialism of Bizzyland, which is heavily funded and supported by the Development Party.

Things go awry at the Aquarium when the Development Party's greed jeapordizes the water quality for the fish and other underwater wildlife.
