Old moldy potato head billionaire Der Potatokopf created the World Turd Forum (WTF) that each year hosts Global Eleeks from all over the world. They meet to discuss their "Great Reboot" agenda.
The Eleeks dine on gourmet food in their private jets and ride in gas guzzling limousines on their way to the annual WTF conference where they blame Climate Problems on the plebians trying to eat and stay warm.
