After many years the Old Tuckus Family Homestead was falling apart. Ma "co-inherits" the house along with her dreaded cousin Mathilda Tuckus who begrudgingly gives her "blessing" for Ma to turn it into a bed & breakfast.
Ma has the building fixed up and opens it for business with Mathilda as the "absentee" co-owner.
Things get complicated when Ma changes the business plan without Mathilda's knowledge and turns it into a bed & breakfast... for CATS!!
