DAY - EXTERIOR: DOWNTOWN

Troy is at the podium. an audience member asks him a question.

MEMBER: How do you intend to control the Mad Sheeple Disease?

Troy and Tommy hobknob and meet with the other political types to discuss Mad Sheeple Disease. It causes people to grow curly hair and bleat.

Troy is faced with grave temptation when it is discovered that the antidote to Mad Sheeple Disease is the urine of sheep that eat leeks (and Troy raises both) and Troy stands to make alot of money. (Troy later has a "dream/nightmare" that the more people who have Mad Sheeple Disease, the more people who need the antidote and the more money Troy will stand to make. Troy has a dream/nightmare that he becomes ultra rich and his life is shitty!

Troy is babbling about Mad Sheeple Disease. His wife and Tammy are looking at him perplexed.

JANE: What are you talking about "Mad Sheeple Disease". There's no such thing.

TROY: (sputtering) But what about the sheep urine?

JANE & TAMMY: (in unison) Sheep urine?!

TROY: Yeah... and I'm going to be a multi-millionaire with the stockpiles of sheep urine to fight the Mad Sheeple disease.

JANE & TAMMY: (in unison) Mad Sheeple Disease?!

Later on it's discovered that Barley had a "dream/nightmare about the Mad Sheeple Disease too. Babies are so adorable and sweet... and then they grow up to be surly/angry teenagers and angry/pissed-off adults!
