WTF is the WHAT?!?!?

The "World Health and Tyranny" is overseeing the cure for the newest epidemic (Ovis syndrome)...

...that will render the victim unable to speak (only bleat like a sheep) unless they get the innoculation.

Supposedly, the only cure for Ovis Syndrome is an innoculation made from the urine of sheep that eat leeks!

The sheep urine creates a thick gooey paste that clogs normal hypodermic needles. Some people resort to innoculating themselves with a caulking gun!
